30 Day Meditation Challenge
January 7-February 4

A 'meditation challenge' is a great way to enhance your meditation practice or give it a kick start by joining others in our sangha who also want to make a stronger commitment to their meditation practice. Practicing with others with a shared commitment, even at a distance, is  a powerful way to develop enthusiasm and consistency in your meditation practice.  

Here's the challenge - For 30 days, beginning on January 7,  we'll aim to add at least 10 minutes each day to our meditation practice for 5 (or more) days per week. Feel free to track your progress on the BCSS Insight Timer app (download here and find the 'Buddhist Center of Steamboat Springs' group) or with a printed calendar. You can also choose to receive periodic emails about the program to support you during the program.
