30 Day Meditation Challenge
May 14-June 11

A 'meditation challenge' is a great way to enhance your meditation practice or give it a kick start by joining others in our sangha who also want to make a stronger commitment to their meditation practice. Practicing with others with a shared commitment, even at a distance, is  a powerful way to develop enthusiasm and consistency in your meditation practice.  

Here's the challenge - For 30 days, beginning on May 14,  we'll aim to add at least 10 minutes each day to our meditation practice for 5 (or more) days per week. Feel free to track your progress on the BCSS Insight Timer app (download here and find the 'Buddhist Center of Steamboat Springs' group) or with a printed calendar. You can also choose to receive periodic emails about the program to support you during the program. We'll check in with participants on Monday evenings and end the program with a fun wrap-up celebration on June 15th!
