Join Kelly Turnbull for a two-part, online class, Exploring Meditation, on May 9th and 16th from 6:30-7:30 PM MT on Zoom. This is a time to come together and discuss the practice of meditation in an informal setting. Being curious together, we’ll explore different meditation techniques including breath and sound.
