Finding Your Seat: A Workshop on Meditation Posture

Local sangha friend and Certified Advanced Rolfer, Duffy Allen, is offering a hands-on workshop on how to find ease and stability in your meditation posture, whether you sit in a chair or on a cushion. Through experiential anatomy and practical troubleshooting, we'll address common challenges like aches, fatigue, and discomfort so you can settle into your practice with greater comfort and support. Hands-on adjustments are available for those who would like them. This will be in-person at the Heart of Steamboat or online via zoom using the regular Monday night link. Feel free to bring your cushion and any supports.  No need to sign up, just come!
