The Buddha presented the path in the context of these three yanas. In each of his teachings, he presents what we need to understood at that stage of the journey. This is referred to as the “view”. Each talks about how we could embed this understanding in our personal experience. This, of course, is the “meditation”. And, each suggests a way that our understanding and experience might be most effectively be expressed in our world. This is referred to as the corresponding “action”. In this way the three yanas offer us a coherent and experiential understanding of the view, the meditation and the action of each stage of our journey. This series was presented by Tim in the summer and fall of 2021.

We don’t need to look outside of the present moment to find inner peace and contentment; when experienced with awareness, everything becomes of a source of joy.
