About Libbie:

While living in India for five years in the 1960s, Libbie Mathes became a student of the legendary Yoga Master Sri T. Krishnamacharya. This connection changed her life. Her main U.S. teacher is senior Iyengar teacher, John Schumacher. She has taught yoga in the U.S. for 25 years in the Krishnamacharya/Iyengar lineage and specializes in two aspects of Yoga that make it a unique practice – Inversions and Pranayama (Breath practice). With profound gratitude to her teachers, she delights in passing on the gifts she has received.

All classes are at the Buddhist Center of Steamboat Springs Donation: $8 per class

Constantly apply cheerfulness, if for no other reason than because you are on this spiritual path. Have a sense of gratitude to everything, even difficult emotions, because of their potential to wake you up.
