There are some teachings related to the practice here. (in order to access these you will need to sign up for the Tergar Learning Center site. Its free when you add your email address.)

Vajrayana Online - Vajrayana Online is Mingyur Rinpoche’s online learning platform. Vajrayana Online is a remarkable resource for those of us who would like to explore the view and practices of the Vajrayana tradition.  Over 1000 people from around the world are taking part.

Awakening Wisdom: Joy of Living 3 – I’ll be leading this course that starts on November 7

These courses run for 6 weeks.  You can take them at any pace you want.  They stay open for 4 weeks after the end of the course.
