Finding the Essence of the Path

Weekend Meditation Retreat with

Elizabeth Mattis-Namgyel

March 23-25, 2012

The great meditation masters point out the importance honesty for practitioners. In this spirit we’re encouraged to ask ourselves, “What is the very essence of the path?” This is the key question from the beginning to the end of the journey and is the basis for what promises
to be a wonderful weekend of meditation practice, and inquiry.

Elizabeth is known for her willingness to bring an inquisitive mind to every aspect of the path in order to discover genuine practice and awakening. She asks audience to engage in the practice of open questioning while she takes a fresh look at all the assumptions and beliefs we have about the spiritual path. This will reinvigorated our meditation practice and its relationship to our lives altogether.

This will be a wonderful weekend for those new to meditation and for old hands.
